HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Motion View account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
if you placed order with wrong address you can contact us with your order number by message on facebook or call our customer service number.

Do all the products have warranty?

Motionview.com.bd offers various warranties depending on the purchased product. Most products carry a Brand Warranty, Service Warranty, Parts Warranty and International Warranty on them. After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. if you need more tracking you can contact with us.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. if you get a order number you can contact us with order number to cancel this order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Members who ship their orders within Bangladesh should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

How do I Pay?

We have various methods of payment options available for your best convenience. You can pay using bKash, Online Banking,  EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facilities, Debit/Credit Cards and obviously Cash on delivery .

Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order ?

No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery. And if you also request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a small installation or fitting charge.

WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?

Motionview.com.bd ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired Product, it is recommended that you make your payment within 3 Hours of checking out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any Product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@motionview.com.bd (if applicable).
